Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At Chennai Drop Cab, we strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Fees

There are generally no cancellation fees. However, if you cancel the booking after the taxi has already arrived at your pickup location, a one-time cancellation fee of Rs. 300 will be charged to compensate the driver for their time and fuel.

Modifying Your Booking

You can modify your booking details, including the date, time, vehicle type, and destination, provided you do so at least 8 hours before your scheduled journey. Please note that modifications are subject to vehicle availability.

Late Modifications

Modifications cannot be made within 8 hours of the scheduled pickup time. This ensures that our drivers and schedules are not disrupted at the last minute.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking and have not informed us of any changes or cancellations at least 8 hours prior, no refunds will be issued (if advance payment was made), and you may be liable for cancellation charges.
