Luggage Policy
To ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all passengers, we have established guidelines regarding luggage limits. Please note that our taxis are passenger vehicles and not designed for heavy cargo.
The limits below are indicative. If you have excess luggage, please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise on the appropriate vehicle type. Excess luggage charges may apply at the driver's discretion if not pre-booked.
Sedan Taxis
Capacity: 3 - 4 Passengers
Luggage Limit: Up to 3 Suitcases (approx. 10kg each)
Excess luggage may be charged at Rs. 300 or may require upgrading to a larger vehicle.
MUV / SUV Taxis
Capacity: 6 - 7 Passengers
Luggage Limit: Up to 6 Suitcases (approx. 10kg each)
Excess luggage may be charged at Rs. 300 or may require an additional vehicle.
